On the 16 November some of Hurst Equestrian’s youngest riders headed to Sands Farm for a NSEA Grass Roots Show Jumping competition. In the 50cm class the team finished in 3rd place, qualifying them for the Grass Roots Regional Championships. Well done Willow I, Atticus AH, and Sienna P. Willow jumped a lovey clear, finishing in 7th place individually, only just missing out on a rosette and qualification by one placing.
Hurst riders achieved even greater success in the 60cm, with the team winning the class! A huge well done to Atticus, Sienna, Hettie MC, and Elsa S. Hettie and Ela also did very well as individuals, both jumping speedy clears with Elsa winning the class and Hettie coming 2nd.
The day ended well with Hettie riding as an individual in the 70cm, finishing in 2nd place again. Meaning that over the two classes she achieved one team qualification and two individual qualifications!

A huge congratulations to all the riders that took part.
