Great Results for Hurst Young Riders at the Grass Roots South East Regional Final

Some of Hurst’s youngest riders produced outstanding results at the Grass Roots South East Regional Final held at Felbridge Showground.

The day began with Willow I, riding Daisy in the assisted section. They delivered a brilliant clear round with an excellent style score, securing 1st place and winning the final. A fantastic achievement.

Next up was Maggie H in the 40cm led section riding Louie. She also jumped clear and scored strongly, earning a superb 2nd place finish. A brilliant start to the day for both riders.

Hurst then fielded a team in the 50cm optimum time class, with Willow riding both Daisy and Bailey, joined by Isla C on Smartie. Despite collecting a few faults around the course, the team finished in a very respectable 4th place in the final. Willow also produced a double clear on Daisy, finishing just 1.89 seconds off the optimum time to take 2nd place individually.

Congratulations to all Hurst riders who took part, and a special mention to Willow, who went home with four finalist rosettes.
